Founded in 2025 as a scientific consulting company and officially launched in 2026 at BBC, Bengaluru, Boveevo was established with a vision to contribute to the advancement of drug discovery and life sciences.

Boveevo was founded by a group of accomplished scientists with expertise across diverse areas of research and development. Bringing together scientific knowledge, industry experience, and a shared passion for innovation, the team aims to address complex challenges and create meaningful solutions for the evolving life sciences landscape.

Leadership

Dr. Purushotham Reddy Boreddy

Co-founder, Director Business Development

Dr. Purushotham Reddy Boreddy is a scientist, researcher, and serial entrepreneur with a strong foundation in life sciences and research-driven innovation. With a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology and research experience spanning the National Centre for Cell Science (NCCS), India, and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, USA, he brings extensive scientific and interdisciplinary experience to Boveevo. His research has contributed to areas including cancer biology, neuroscience, metabolism, biotechnology, and environmental science, with publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Dr. Reddy published more than 10 publications in internally reputed journals with more than 750 citations.

Beyond academia and research, Dr. Reddy has pursued entrepreneurship across diverse sectors, building and supporting ventures that translate ideas and expertise into practical solutions. His entrepreneurial journey includes SPR Biotech, focused on horticultural applications, Poory Hygiene Products, addressing everyday home and cleaning needs, and now Boveevo, where his scientific background and entrepreneurial perspective come together to support innovation in drug discovery.

At Boveevo, he brings a combination of scientific depth, entrepreneurial vision, and a strong drive to turn emerging ideas into meaningful opportunities.

Karuna Boreddy

Co-founder, CEO

Karuna Boreddy is the Co-Founder and CEO of Boveevo, bringing a strong combination of technology, project management, and business administration experience to the organization.

With a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and expertise in Salesforce, Epic, and project management, she has developed extensive experience in managing technology-driven projects, operations, and organizational initiatives.

Karuna began her entrepreneurial journey as a Co-Founder of Dataxiper Technologies, gaining valuable experience in building and managing a growing organization. Her experience across administration, project management, technology, and business operations has shaped her approach to driving efficient and sustainable organizational growth.

As CEO of Boveevo, she focuses on organizational strategy, operations, project execution, and business development, working alongside the scientific leadership to build Boveevo into a growing organization focused on enabling innovation in drug discovery.
